Rice Flour Mix Recipe

 1   C white rice flour
 1    C brown rice flour
2/3 C potato starch
1/3 C tapioca starch

All of these things can be bought inexpensively at your neighborhood Asian grocery store, or more expensively at natural food stores.

Potato flour is different from potato starch, make sure you get starch. Brown rice and white rice can be substituted for each other, I use half and half instead of all brown rice because white rice flour is cheaper.
