CHICKEN 'N BROCCOLI PIE

Ingredients:

10 oz.

Frozen Chopped Broccoli

3 cups

Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 cups

Cooked Chicken cut up

cup

Chopped Onion

1 cups

Milk

3

Eggs

cup

GF Bisquick Mix

tsp.

Salt

tsp.

Pepper

Directions:

1.       Heat oven to 400 degrees.

2.       Grease 10" x 11 pie plate.

3.       Rinse broccoli under running water to thaw. Drain thoroughly.

4.       Mix broccoli, 2 cups cheese, chicken and onions in pie plate.

5.       Beat milk, eggs, baking mix, salt, and pepper until smooth. 15 seconds in blender or 1 minutes with hand mixer.

6.       Pour into pie plate.

7.       Bake 25-35 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

8.       Top with remaining cheese.

9.       Bake 1-2 minutes longer, until cheese is melted.

10.    Cool 5 minutes.

Make 6-8 servings.
