Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cup Pamela’s Pancake and Baking Mix®
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon. vanilla
- 1/2 cup nuts (optional)
Directions:
- Mix together butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
- Add in dry mix, choc. chips and nuts-stir all together.
- Drop by tablespoons onto lightly greased baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated 325° oven for 12 to 14 minutes.
- Let cool before removing from pan.
- Makes 1-1/2 dozen cookies.
