Ingredients:
- 2-1/4 cups Gluten-free flour mix
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon. xanthan gum
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/3 cups sugar
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Gluten-free flour mix, soda, baking powder, xanthan gum, and salt.
- In a large bowl beat eggs, sugar, mayonnaise, and vanilla until fluffy.
- Add dry ingredients – alternately with 1 cup sour cream – mix well.
- In clean mixing bowl mix topping ingredients, nuts, sugars, cinnamon.
- Grease andGF flour a 9×13 pan.
- Spread half of batter in pan – sprinkle half of topping over batter. Add rest of batter and top with rest of topping.
- Bake in preheat oven 375° for 35-40 minutes.
