Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp gluten-free vanilla
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 1/4 cup gluten-free flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1 tsp salt
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in order that they appear in recipe.
- Drop by spoonful on baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
- Bake at 375 degrees until they start to turn golden brown.
