Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ pounds. ground beef
  • 1 cup GF bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1  8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • ½ cup onion, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoon green pepper, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Bay leaf, crushed
  • Dash of thyme

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • Place in a loaf pan.
  • Bake in 350° oven for an hour
