Ingredients
- 2 – 8 ounce packages cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
Topping
- 3/4 carton sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Mix sugar and cream cheese until smooth
- Add eggs one at a time
- Pour into deep-dish pie plate 9″ lined with parchment paper
- Bake at 325° for 50 minutes
- Remove from oven and cool for 20 minutes
Pour Topping over cooled cake and bake for 15 minutes at 325 ° Refrigerate
