  • 2 – 8 ounce packages cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs


  • 3/4 carton sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla


  • Mix sugar and cream cheese until smooth
  • Add eggs one at a time
  • Pour into deep-dish pie plate 9″ lined with parchment paper
  • Bake at 325°  for 50 minutes
  • Remove from oven and cool for 20 minutes

Pour Topping over cooled cake and bake for 15 minutes at 325 °  Refrigerate
