Ingredients:
- 3/4 pound salmon fillets, skinned
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Line a baking sheet with foil. Place the salmon on the foil.
- Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Cover with another sheet of foil and seal into a packet.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
