  • 3/4 pound salmon fillets, skinned
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • salt


  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Line a baking sheet with foil.  Place the salmon on the foil.
  • Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt.
  • Cover with another sheet of foil and seal into a packet.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
