- Ingredients:
- 2 pounds halibut steaks
- 1 carrot, diced fine
- 1 rib celery, diced fine
- 1 small onion, diced fine
- 1/4 stick butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cups crushed fine GF crackers, like Lance® crackers
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°. In a 9 x 13 pan, place diced vegetables and butter.
- Make a dip of egg and lemon. Dip fish steaks in egg mixture and then cracker crumbs to coat. Place on bed of vegetables.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
