  • Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds halibut steaks
  • 1 carrot, diced fine
  • 1 rib celery, diced fine
  • 1 small onion, diced fine
  • 1/4 stick butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cups crushed fine GF crackers, like Lance® crackers


  • Preheat oven to 375°. In a 9 x 13 pan, place diced vegetables and butter.
  • Make a dip of egg and lemon.  Dip fish steaks in egg mixture and then cracker crumbs to coat.  Place on bed of vegetables.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
