Ingredients
1 bunch of kale, torn into pieces (remove stems)
1 Tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to lowest temperature possible. Tear kale into pieces, removing the stems. Rub olive oil into them, making sure they’re all covered. Toss with salt and lay on lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake for 2 hours or until crispy.
