Ingredients:
- 1 package hot sausage
- 1 package mild sausage
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup crushed crackers ( similar to Ritz®)
- For sauce:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup ketchup
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Mix first 4 ingredients together and roll into balls. Or drop with 2 Tablespoon scoop.
- Bake 35-40 minutes on a cookie sheet with a lip.
- Put in a slow cooker and cover with sauce.
- Can be frozen in gallon freezer bag and heated the day you want to eat them.
