  • 1 package hot sausage
  • 1 package mild sausage
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup crushed crackers ( similar to Ritz®)
  • For sauce:
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 cup ketchup


  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Mix first 4 ingredients together and roll into balls.  Or drop with 2 Tablespoon scoop.
  • Bake 35-40 minutes on a cookie sheet with a lip.
  • Put in a slow cooker and cover with sauce.
  • Can be frozen in gallon freezer bag and heated the day you want to eat them.
