Ingredients:
- 1 cup Quinoa cooked in Orange Juice
- 1 avocado chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 mango diced
- 1 can black beans
- 1/8 cup chopped cilantro
- Juice of one lime
Directions:
Mix everything together in a bowl. Serve with Tortilla chips
