  • 1 cup Quinoa cooked in Orange Juice
  • 1 avocado chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 mango diced
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1/8 cup chopped cilantro
  • Juice of one lime


Mix everything together in a bowl. Serve with Tortilla chips
