Raspberry Cheese Spread

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Hellman’s mayonnaise
  • 2 cups Mozzarella shredded cheese
  • 2 cups cheddar shredded cheese
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped (green tops only)
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup seedless raspberry preserves (jelly does not work)


  • Beat cream cheese and may until smooth
  • Add each other ingredient (except preserves) one at a time and whip
  • In any round dish (I use a pie dish) place Saran wrap so it can be lifted out
  • Place above mixture in dish evenly
  • Cover with Saran wrap
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours
  • Add preserves before serving
  • Surround with crackers and serve
