  • 2-3 cups Swiss cheese shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup onion,  minced


  • Combine all ingredients in an oven proof dish.
  • Bake at 350° until hot and bubbly.  Approximately 15-20 minutes.
  • Serve warm.
  • Great with Almond Thins® crackers.
