1 egg

1/3 c olive oil (canola oil works well too)

2/3 c milk

1 1/2 c tapioca flour

1/2 mozzarella cheese

1 tsp salt


Preheat oven to 400F.  Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.  Pour into mini muffin tins and bake 15-20 minutes, or until lightly brown on top.  Makes 16-18 mini rolls.
