Ingredients:
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 Tablespoons corn oil
- 2 1/2 cups rice flour
- Topping: tomato sauce, cheese, etc.
Directions:
- Dissolve yeast in warm water.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Beat vigorously 20 strokes.
- Let rest about 5 minutes.
- Spread out on a greased pizza pan or cookie sheet.
- Spread tomato sauce, cheese and other desired toppings.
- Bake in 425° oven until cheese is light brown (about 15-20 minutes).
