  • 1 package active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 Tablespoons corn oil
  • 2 1/2 cups rice flour
  • Topping: tomato sauce, cheese, etc.


  • Dissolve yeast in warm water.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Beat vigorously 20 strokes.
  • Let rest about 5 minutes.
  • Spread out on a greased pizza pan or cookie sheet.
  • Spread tomato sauce, cheese and other desired toppings.
  • Bake in 425° oven until cheese is light brown (about 15-20 minutes).
