Ingredients
- 1 slice center-cut bacon or turkey bacon
- 3/4 cup fat-free liquid egg substitute
- 3 Tablespoons reduced-fat chedder cheese
- optional topping – ketchup
Directions
- Microwave bacon on a microwave-safe plate for 1 1/2 minutes, or until crisp
- Spray a large microwave-safe mug with non-stick spray
- Microwave egg substitute dor 1 1/2 minutes
- Chop or crumble bacon and stir into egg
- Microwave 45-50 seconds until mostly set.
- Top with cheese and Microwave for 20 seconds, Stir and enjoy
