  • 1 slice center-cut bacon or turkey bacon
  • 3/4 cup fat-free liquid egg substitute
  • 3 Tablespoons reduced-fat chedder cheese
  • optional topping – ketchup


  • Microwave bacon on a microwave-safe plate for 1 1/2 minutes, or until crisp
  • Spray a large microwave-safe mug with non-stick spray
  • Microwave egg substitute dor 1 1/2 minutes
  • Chop or crumble bacon and stir into egg
  • Microwave 45-50 seconds until mostly set.
  • Top with cheese and Microwave for 20 seconds, Stir and enjoy

Makes one serving:

  • 184 calories, 7g fat, 643 sodium, 3.5 carbs, 0g fiber, 1.5 g sugars, 26 g protein
