  • 1 cup certified gluten-free rolled oats(Bobs Red Mill®)
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil or canola oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Sunflower seeds or  nuts
  • 2 Tablespoons dried fruit(cherries, raisins or cranberries)


  • Heat the honey in a skillet until it liquefies and then add oil.
  • When oil & hone are hot add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Cook about 10 minutes until the oats are toasted.
