Ingredients
- 7 cups apples peeled and sliced thin
- 1.4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Crumb Topping
- 6 tablespoons Butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup gluten-free flour
- 1/2 teaspoon xanthun gum
Directions
- Prepare apples
- Blend topping ingredients together
- Layer apples in greased 8×8 pan or baking dish
- top with crumb mixture
- It may be sticky, so spoon over apples
- Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until golden brown
- Serve with ice cream or whipped topping.
