  • 7 cups apples peeled and sliced thin
  • 1.4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Crumb Topping

  • 6 tablespoons Butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon xanthun gum


  • Prepare apples
  • Blend topping ingredients together
  • Layer apples in greased 8×8 pan or baking dish
  • top with crumb mixture
  • It may be sticky, so spoon over apples
  • Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until golden brown
  • Serve with ice cream or whipped topping.
