Apricot Nut Balls

  • 8 oz package dried apricots
  • 1 1/2 cups flaked coconut
  • 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup finely chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar


  • Using a sharp knife, chop apricots, a few at a time, as finely as possible.
  • Place in medium bowl and add coconut, milk and nuts.  Mix well
  • Roll into 1-inch balls and roll in confectioner’s sugar.  Chill a few hours to firm.
  • Store in loosely covered container for up to 4 days at room temperature or if keeping  longer, store in refrigerator.
