Ingredients
- 5 1/2 cups coconut flakes
- 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet baking chocolate chips
Directions
- Heat oven to 350°
- Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil generously grease foil with shortening
- Combine coconut flakes with Egle Brand milk, vanilla and chocolate chips
- Mix well
- Drop by round teaspoonsful onto prepared cookie sheets
- Bake 9-11 minutes until set.
- Immediately remove to wire rack
- Store loosely covered at room temperature
- Makes about 2 1/2 dozen cookies
