  • 1 pint of SO Delicious Coconut Milk Frozen Dessert®
  • 2 Cups GF Cake Mix
  • 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil


  • Soften One Pint of SO Delicious Coconut Milk Frozen Dessert®
  • Add 2 Cups Gluten-Free Cake Mix & 1 Tbsp Light Vegetable Oil mix together only until completely combined.
  • Pour into square pan.
  • Bake at 350°s for 20-25 minutes or until the toothpick test works
