Chocolate No-Bake Cookies

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons cocoa
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 stick margarine or butter
  • 3 Tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 cups GF quick cooking oats


  • Combine sugar, cocoa, milk, salt, and margarine in a medium pot.
  • Bring to boil for 2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add peanut butter, vanilla, and oats.  Stir to mix well.
  • Drop by teaspoon on wax paper to cool.
