Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups GF flour mix
- For Topping:
- 1 egg white
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Directions:
- Mix the first six ingredients together and beat until smooth. Spread on a well greased 9×13 pan.
- Stiffly beat the 1 egg white and add brown sugar and nuts.
- Drop nut mixture in small spoonfuls on top of batter.
- Bake 25 minutes in a 375° oven.
- Cut into 24 squares.
