  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups GF flour mix
  • For Topping:
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped


  • Mix the first six ingredients together and beat until smooth.  Spread on a well greased 9×13 pan.
  • Stiffly beat the 1 egg white and add brown sugar and nuts.
  • Drop nut mixture in small spoonfuls on top of batter.
  • Bake 25 minutes in a 375° oven.
  • Cut into 24 squares.
