  • 2 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken (can use leftover rotisserie chicken)
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes (halved)
  • 1 cup pecans (lightly chopped)
  • 1 small onion (grated)
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • Salt and pepper to taste
