Ingredients
- Fish fillets about 1 pound
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
Directions
- Wipe dry, thawed fillets
- Spray 8 x 10-inch baking dish
- Place fillets in dish and spoon garlic over fish
- Pour in lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce
- Cook in Microwave just until fish is flaky, (about 4 minutes for one pound)
