Easy Fish Fillets

  • Fish fillets about 1 pound
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce


  • Wipe dry, thawed fillets
  • Spray 8 x 10-inch baking dish
  • Place fillets in dish and spoon garlic over fish
  • Pour in lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce
  • Cook in Microwave just until fish is flaky, (about 4 minutes for one pound)
