Ingredients:
- 2 pounds stew meat
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 6 carrots, sliced
- potatoes
- 1 14 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 6 oz can tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 Tablespoon tapioca
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in an oven save dish. Cover with foil. Bake in a 250° oven for 4 hours.
- Or cook in a slow cooker for 8 hours on high.
