Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1/2 pounds ground ham (cured)
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup gluten-free bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup to 1 cup lactose-free milk or any milk
Directions:
- Mix together and shape into loaves or fill bread pans 2/3 full.
- Bake at 350° approximately 1 hour,
- Cover with foil for 3/4 of baking time.
