  • 1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1/2 pounds ground ham (cured)
  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup gluten-free bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup to 1 cup lactose-free milk or any milk


  • Mix together and shape into loaves or fill bread pans 2/3 full.
  • Bake at 350° approximately 1 hour,
  • Cover with foil for 3/4 of baking time.
