Slow Cooker Beef Barbecue

  • 3-4 pounds boneless chuck roast
  • 12 oz can classic coke
  • 28 oz gluten-free ketchup


  • Place meat in slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours.  (overnight)
  • Cool slightly.
  • Drain meat and pull apart discarding fat and gristle.
  •  Return to clean slow cooker.
  • Add coke and ketchup.
  • Cook additional 8 hours uncovered on low stirring occasionally.
  • Serve on rolls or delicious on baked potatoes.
